Sharon F. Harvey is a Partner in the firm. Ms. Harvey joined the firm in 2003. She concentrates her litigation practice in the areas of insurance defense including municipal liability, the Political Subdivision Tort Claims Act, Federal 1983 Actions, insurance professional liability, errors and omissions, veterinarian malpractice, professional disciplinary matters and workers compensation. In addition to her extensive experience in state and federal trial courts, she maintains a practice in both administrative law matters and the appellate courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
